Objective
Establish a disaster recovery (DR) environment for the Payment Portal application to ensure business continuity, data integrity, and minimal downtime in the event of system failures or outages.
Key responsibilities
- Identified and mitigated cross-application dependencies to prevent functionality conflicts.
- Led a sub-project to update URL structure, overcoming challenges such as link redirection, user authentication alignment, and backend integration changes.
- Conducted comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate application stability post-URL change.
- Designed and implemented a DR environment, configuring data synchronization and recovery workflows.
- Coordinated with infrastructure, application, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment within BCP guidelines.
